By accessing the Site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase our products.

2. Products & Services

PromptVault sells curated AI prompt libraries ("Products") delivered as downloadable digital files (PDF and text format). Our current product catalog includes:

All Products are original content created by PromptVault. They are single-purchase digital downloads, not subscriptions. Products are designed for use with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar large language models.

3. Purchase & Delivery

All purchases are processed securely through our payment partner, Lemon Squeezy. Upon successful payment, Products are delivered instantly via a digital download link. No manual fulfillment or customization is required — you receive immediate access to your purchased files. You will also receive a confirmation email with your download link from Lemon Squeezy.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We accept payment methods supported by Lemon Squeezy, including major credit and debit cards. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect completed purchases. Sales tax may be applied based on your location as required by law.

5. License & Permitted Use

Each purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Use the prompts for your own personal and business purposes
  • Use any AI-generated output from these prompts for any purpose, including commercial use, without restriction
  • Store copies of the Product on your personal devices

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the prompt files themselves
  • Upload the Product files to any public or shared repository
  • Claim the prompts as your own original work
  • Use the Products to create a competing prompt library for sale

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, email hello@usepromtvault.com with your order number within 30 days of purchase. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method, typically within 3-5 business days. No questions asked. Please see our Refund Policy page for full details.

7. Product Updates

All purchases include free lifetime updates to the purchased Product(s). When we add new prompts or improve existing ones, updated files will be made available to you via email or your Lemon Squeezy account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and within our Products — including prompt text, design, branding, copy, and graphics — is the intellectual property of PromptVault and is protected by applicable copyright laws. Purchasing a Product grants you a usage license as described in Section 5; it does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are provided "as is." AI-generated outputs vary based on the AI model, version, settings, and context you provide. We do not guarantee specific results, income, or outcomes from using our prompts. Our Products are instructional frameworks designed to improve the quality of AI outputs, but final results depend on the AI service used and how you apply them. PromptVault is not responsible for the output of third-party AI tools.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable Product.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
